In this addition of our Employee Spotlight series we sit down with Jennifer Roberts, Customer Service Manager at Quality. Jennifer has been a member of the team since joining Quality in March of 2012. She is known for her energetic and enthusiastic attitude. Prior to taking on the role of Customer Service Manager, Jennifer has spent time in Operations, Leasing, and Finance. She is a cornerstone of Quality’s success and we couldn’t be happier to have her on the team!

Favorite place you’ve traveled:Gulf Shores Alabama, specifically the Fort Morgan area because it’s surrounded by beaches and water. It is the most relaxing place I’ve ever been and I can’t wait to go back again!
As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? I was obsessed with going into space and wanted to be an astronaut.
Best piece of advice you’ve heard:Never judge a book by its cover.
What do you like about working at Quality?I love working with and mentoring my staff. I take a lot of pride in seeing them grow as both people and workers.
